Response Center

The Response Center provides our customer with the following services: voice and data technical assistance; remote monitoring; project coordination; customized service reporting; help desk support; and remote diagnostics. The Response Center provides 24x7 coverage for customers. Additionally, the customer has the option of maintaining a support plan that can be tailored to individual requirements, including: retainer agreements; on-site support; parts repair; and full-coverage maintenance on voice and data equipment.
